Sierra shrugged, looking at her manicured nails, "It's just some sick fantasy that woman's made up from her porno wet dreams.. sick," she said, blinking as Satine's words turned fairly dark, in her opinion.

She took a moment before speaking, remembering her days before her turnage, "Well.. that's true.. walking thousands of miles, being so thin you can see every bone.. it's pure ridiculousness. We wouldn't know it was if we all had stayed that way.."

(It's fine! c: I don't mind. o.o -just rhymed- xDD but yeah, me too.. Roleplaying puts me to sleep better than anything some nights )

Satine made a face again. "Indeed. She wrote herself into those books, and had every single male fawning over her," she shook her head.

Satine nodded. "We're stronger now . . . and wiser," she said as she looked down. At least, she hoped those things were true. She would forever be grateful to Cale for saving her from that sickness . . . but sometimes she still felt like she was going through the motions. There was no drive behind her actions, she was just staying alive for the heck of it. Things were better now than they were at the Moulin Rouge . . . but Satine still felt a bit . . . numb, at times.

Sierra chuckled, shaking her head at the mere thought, "Makes me wonder what she'd do if she actually met one of us.. she'd be so jealous of our hotness."

Keeping an eye on Satine's facial expression, she bit her lip, "We are.. but hey, now, babycakes.. don't get all sad and longfaced on me. Where's the sumptuous little cherry of a lady I saw just a minute ago?"

'God, I sound like a guy,"' thought Sierra, mentally shrugging.

Satine laughed and grinned. "Indeed she would XD"

Satine blinked over at Sierra and chuckled a bit. "Sorry . . . I've been spending too much time with Bruce, his brood-i-ness must be rubbing off on me, XD" she laughed a bit.

(DX FORGOTTORESPONDAGAIN!!! XDD Yeah, it requires so much brain power and thought sometimes XDDD )

"Ooooh, that one.." said Sierra, smirking in interest, "Brooding is sexy to me. He's a.. contemplative guy.. well, from what I've seen of him.."

She started to braid her hair, keeping her eyes on Satine, "Hm, I guess we could be friends.. seems like we're getting along nicely now, wouldn't you agree?"

(xDDD I wonder how like real writers find the energy to write ENTIRE books e___e We're just typing threads.. it'd be so much worse if we were all authors O___o)

Satine chuckled at Sierra. "Indeed . . . we seemed to move past that spat we had quite well,"

"Speak of the devil," said Sierra, waving to Bruce, "We just mentioned you two seconds ago. And yeah, what Satine said. Just girlish gossip.. How are you, sugarplum?"

She laughed at Satine, shaking her head, "I apologize for that one. I can be a bit eccentric sometimes."

(Me too! I have this thing where I'll write something in response to someone else, and I already have the response I want them to have in my head, and then they write something completely different and my mind's just like XDD

Bruce nods, going to sit down in his chair as he reads the newspaper, "You've been keeping out of trouble, right?"

Lacey sits on a couch, mindlessly twirling around a guitar pic in her fingers. It was a bit faded, and she was thinking about getting a new one. Still, she thought it might haveve been a little risky to run out into the open. Who knows if the Lestats were out there hunting or getting pets or whatever? There was a bit of a bruise of her neck, and Lacey's hand went up to poke the bruise every now and then.

Gwen walk in with some ice for her neck. Gwen sat down next to Lacey "Don't poke at your bruise Lacey" said Gwen as she lean back.
