Ivy tilted her head. "I don't think I know anyone named Adam here...if he came here, he was probably just passing through," she said, arching an eyebrow and chuckling slightly at the next bit. "The covenant?" That was a strange name. It sounded like a group for nuns...wait, no, that was a convent. Didn't covenants have something to do with witches? If he was involved with something like that, why would he tell her? They were almost complete strangers after all...Ivy doubted he was trying to do something harmful, as he'd have already done so by now. Besides, his voice wasn't seductive or overly charming, like he was trying to lure her...no, it was kind. Ivy'd rarely heard the kind of gentleness and kindness she'd heard in Kimba's voice...

A young man with spikey blonde hair walks through the center of the town, his electric blue eyes looking around. "It seems quiet," he says, not noticing the others in the square.

Sighing and shaking his head Kimba scratched the back of his neck.  ''I would not be surprised, Addy and I have a habbit of missing each other'' he said as a soft chuckle slipped past his lips. Cringing at her whispered question he bit his lower lip, looking down at the ground trying to think of some sort of excuse ''I guess you could say it was a group we were in'' he chuckled sheepishly.  He blinked looking up at the sound of the blonde's voice and gave a slight wave and a nod of greeting |

Ivy chuckled. "Don't worry, i'm sure you'll bump into each other someday," she smiled at him comfortingly, and then chuckled again. "I see," she could hear he wasn't liking the inquiry about this "Covenant," and decided to drop the subject. "How long do you intend to stay in town?" she asked curiously.

Kimba felt his smile return to his voice once hearing her drop the subject. So the woman was not only beautiful but smart as well. Letting out another chuckle Kimba leaned against the bench next to the lake.  ''I certainly hope so or I'm going to have to kick his butt'' he chuckled shaking his head. Looking to the side in thought.  ''Hmmmm well it's hard to see how long since I don't know where Addy is but . . . .this town is so'' his eyes drifting to her face. ''Beautiful'' he said in a soft whisper ''I may want to stay at least for a few weeks'' |

Ivy laughed. "Give him a good wollop for me, alright? XD Friends should make it easier to find each other," she chuckled and smiled when she heard how long he was staying. She enjoyed his company, and the town had been rather quiet lately . . . she'd hardly seen any of her friends. It would be nice to have someone to talk to.
"Well, this town is quite nice. I could help show you around if you wished," she chuckled a bit. "And yes, I am quite capable of giving a tour here. I know this place quite well," she said with a smile.

 Kimba chuckled shaking his head ''Finally someone who agrees with me!!" he laughed throwing his arms out in an over dramatic gesture. Leaning back against the bench he winked laughing ''I promise I'll give him a good knock and say it came from the pretty mermaid by the lake'' he teased finding the girls beauty much akin to the mermaids of legend. His smiled widened as he put his hands up ''Oh I never doubted you could, I bet your a born and raised here type of girl'' he chuckled, his eyes flicking to his hand where the sun ring Aladdin had given him once turning him laid. Thank goodness |

Ivy laughed and smiled. "Some mermaid I'd be XD. I can't imagine trying to swim without seeing," she chuckled and shook her head. "Actually, no. I cam here around a year ago,"

Ivy blinked in surprise. That was one thing no one had ever called her . . . why would the blind girl want to be told she was beautiful? She wouldn't care, she cna't see! Which was true . . . but still, it would have been nice to hear once in a while . . . .
"Thank you," Ivy said after a moment before chuckling a bit and shaking her head. "New England, in a small Amish village, actually," she chuckled a bit.

Ivy chuckled and smiled. "Oh, you know how people are these days with how obsessively PC they can get. They're afraid if they mention the slightest thing about seeing around me that I'll get offended," she shook her head and then laughed. "Oh yes, but I love the rain, so that's alright,"
